MietY has also recognised 3D GEM event as important and hence has supported the event. Both industry and MoD has got a glimpse of kind of technology NSAM is developing under its centres and how they can help our strategic sector. Based on the event, lot of collaborations are being made with MoD. In fact post this program MoD has decided to sign MoU under the program for fulfilling countries strategic needs which has now been recognised by office of PSA. 3D GEM events are well organised. 1. Please fill the google delegate registration form with your proper details for booking your respective day sessions of Conference (Seminar): Day 1 & Day 2

2. Delegates can choose to register for day-1 or day-2 of the Engineering or Medical event.

3. 10% group discount is offered to companies and institutes joining with 3 or more people as delegates from the same institute, organisation and Industry Association.

4. There is an early bird discount of 15% for booking and payment made on and before 31st July.

5. Incase you have got a reference code or personal name from any of our Industry Association partners, Supporting Partners, or 3D Graphy members please mention that in the google registration form column to get a special seating section in the conference auditorium.

6. Once the payment is transferred to the 3D Graphy LLP account you are requested to please upload the receipt in the last column of the google delegate registration form to track the transaction for our reference. (Please ensure the google registration form is completed and submitted to get a confirmation from us on your email ID shared by you in the form)

7. Student participants will include from different interest and specialisation like Engineering, Design, Architecture, Orthotics, Prosthetics, Dental, Medical, Pharma, Ayurveda and others [they will need to bring their ID to conference]

8. Industry Delegate will include – Engineers, Manufacturers, Doctors, Surgeons, 3D technology experts, 3d Printer cos, 3D Scanner cos, 3D Software companies, 3D Designers, Material Cos., Consultants, Entrepreneurs and others

9. The delegate registration will include tea & coffee snacks with lunch for the respective day’s registration.

10. Event delegate registration will be confirmed upon the receipt of delegate booking fees only.

11. For Students & delegates from academia, the details of the respective college / institute need to be shared along with the Identity Card of the current year. Students must upload scan copy of student ID card while filling the registration form and also need to bring the ID card to the conference for verification.

12. An opportunity will be given to visit the Poster presentation Section, Exhibition booths, and participation in the oral sessions for the respective days registered.

13. There will be networking opportunity with all the speakers, scientists, research experts and 3d technology companies dealing in 3D printers, 3D scanners, 3D software, 3D visualisation and materials in Additive Manufacturing (AM).
